We do not accept returns on panties, thongs, bodies, and girdles. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories if any.
Please return the item within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly credit your account or exchange the item. No monetary refunds. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Items on sale are not returned.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly accept to exchange it. Items that have not been treated in accordance to the caring instructions will not be received back under any circumstance.
