At SKA STUDIO by ColmodaUSA, we ship to the entire United States. All orders placed on our website are mostly shipped the next business day, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded, it also applies to International shipments and the value and type of shipment depend on the destination.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
We all love to save, that's why our shipping rates are super comfortable, you can choose between Standard, Tracking & Signature Required or Next day shipping from $7.99. The Economy rate is FREE and exclusive within the Continental United States and you can apply it if your order meets the conditions of the daily or monthly special.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
We know that when you buy a product at SKA STUDIO, you want to receive it in the shortest possible time, so the delivery time is from 2 to 8 days, depending on the state in which you are located (Includes Puerto Rico) and the type of shipment you select: Economy (7 to 10 business days), Standard Shipping (3 to 6 business days) and Tracking & Signature Required (2 to 5 business days). Remember that all our orders are shipped the next business day.
IF I AM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
For international shipments, delivery times start counting from the second day after payment confirmation and can take approximately 5 to 20 business days.
IS MY ORDER TOTAL TAX FREE?
If you are within the United States, YES. If your shipment is International, an extra value can be generated corresponding to the invoicing of customs duties and taxes. This type of collection is external to our company and we are completely unaware of the final value. The costs included in your invoice with SKA STUDIO, only correspond to the shipping value and total of the products.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Your order is getting closer... You will receive a message to your email with the shipment confirmation and the tracking number (Tracking number) of the transport company (UPS or USPS) so that you can review every detail in real time .
DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER PERSONALLY?
We think about your time and comfort and only you decide if you want a shipment with a signature required by choosing the Tracking & Signature Required option, otherwise it will arrive directly at your doorstep.
IT APPEARS MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT CAN I DO?
If when reviewing the tracking of your order it appears DELIVERED or DELIVERED and you still do not receive your order, do not panic! You can wait until the next 2 business days to receive it, since sometimes they update the information before time, we do not know the reasons and that is why we help you with the information, also, check the address you registered for the shipment very well. If after two days you do not receive your package, it could be considered as lost, we do not like to hear this, but it can happen. The best thing is to notify in time by calling the carrier directly. An order can be canceled or modified within 15 minutes after payment confirmation. If it was done outside business hours, you can leave a text, email or WhatsApp message with the request. Sometimes, the carriers can take longer than expected or even not deliver your package on the stipulated day, this can be annoying for you and believe us, for us too, but we do not know the reasons in most cases.
