All products purchased at a discount, special price, SALE, or with a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. Discounts, coupons, promotional codes, and offers are not cumulative or combinable with each other unless SKA Studio expressly states otherwise. Discounts apply only to the price of eligible products; taxes, shipping, handling, and other charges are not included in the discount.

Promotions are valid for a limited time and while supplies last. SKA Studio reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Exclusions may apply to products, collections, categories, or brands, as well as additional terms specific to each offer.

If the item you purchased has a factory defect and you have followed all care and washing recommendations, please complete the return form on our website or call our call center to speak with one of our sales associates.

PRODUCTS WITH FACTORY DEFECTS: This refers to damaged zippers, snags, stitching defects, and detached shoes. Our warranty does not cover loose appliqués, stones, or rhinestones.

WARRANTY TIME LIMIT FOR PRODUCTS WITH FACTORY DEFECTS: You have 30 days after purchasing the merchandise to file a claim for a defective product. The warranty is only valid with the corresponding invoice.

We use ground transportation with the following carriers: UPS  and, in special cases,  USPS.

Special cases include only shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, or PO BOX addresses.

- UPS Ground: This is standard shipping within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days, depending on the state and city.

- UPS Next Day Air: You must first contact an associate to request this option.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the system and depends on the delivery address.

Free shipping is available exclusively within the Continental United States, depending on the daily promotion, and DOES NOT apply to customers with store credit from returns.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and required signature upon delivery. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will be provided with a link to track your package online. Please note that you will receive the package on business days, excluding Saturdays and holidays

We will do our best to ship the package the day after the order is placed. If there is any problem with payment validation or product availability, we will contact you immediately to let you know. Once payment has been authorized and verified, your order will take 1 day to process.

 

IS THE TOTAL OF MY ORDER TAX-FREE?

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation rates vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Before the package is shipped, special care will be taken to protect fragile items.

DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE IN PERSON?

For security, all packages are shipped with a required signature as a protective measure to prevent loss. However, you do not need to be present; someone over 21 years old may receive it.

UPS MADE THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. WHAT CAN I DO?

UPS makes 3 delivery attempts at the specified address.

If the recipient is not available on the 3rd attempt, the package will be held at the UPS office for 3–4 days. During this time, the customer may schedule a pickup and collect the merchandise. If there is no response after 4 days, the products will be returned to the warehouse, and the customer must pay the shipping cost to put the package back in transit.

We recommend:

- Leaving someone over 21 years old in charge of receiving the package.

- If you provide a relative's address or your workplace address, enter the recipient's details and information correctly.

- Continuously check the tracking number
