📦 OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At SKA STUDIO, we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders confirmed in the morning are more likely to be processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.

However, due to inventory handling and product restocking, full order processing may take 1 to 3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

📍 Make Sure Your Shipping Address is Correct

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your address is entered accurately when placing your order.
Include all relevant details: street name, house/building number, apartment number, and any other specifics.

⚠️ SKA STUDIO is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry during checkout.

💲 Sales Tax for U.S. Orders

Most of our product prices do not include U.S. sales tax, except for some specific lines.
Your total at checkout will reflect product price + shipping cost.

Certain items, such as our new hair care line, may be subject to U.S. sales tax. This will be added at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
You can follow your package in real time.

    • Lost or damaged shipments with no signature required

* Although our goal is for you to receive your package within the communicated delivery time, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If your online order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact Ska Studio Customer Service and we will assist you.
